In order to comply with the obligations incurred by Russia to join the WTO, on September 1 of the current year the Russian Federation reduced the rates of export duties on the major varieties of oilseeds supplied outside the Customs Union countries. The decree by the Government of Russia #786 dd. August 4, 2015, specified the reporting market measure.
According to the reporting document, since September 1 the reporting export duties on whole soybeans totaled 0% of the customs value.
The export duties on rapeseed lowered to 6.5%, but not less than 11.4 Euro per 1 MT.
The export duties on sunflower seed totaled 9.88%, but not less than 14.81 Euro per 1 MT.
