All EU countries have already ratified the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, declared the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, on November 20.
According to him, the Brussels Parliament ratified the Association Agreement with Ukraine. And therefore, all countries of the European Union managed to ratify the association.
At the same time, the website of the European Commission noted that to date, 23 member states of the EU completely fulfilled all required procedures on ratification of the agreement and transferred the ratification instruments to the General Secretariat of the EU Council. The list of such countries includes Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia and Slovakia.
Therefore, the General Secretariat of the EU still did not receive the instruments of ratification from Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and the Netherlands. Thus, the reporting five countries have not completed all necessary procedures for ratification of the Association Agreement yet.
