On February 3, 2016, National Mercantile Exchange CJSC (NAMEX) held the regular stock exchange trading within frames of public grain purchasing interventions at the Moscow exchange site, and purchased 10.26 thsd tonnes of grains (from the general proposed volume of 18.225 thsd tonnes) at the sum of 108.121 mln RUR, declared the press-service of NAMEX.

In particular, the fund purchased 2.835 thsd tonnes of 3-grade wheat (from the proposed volume of 4.725 thsd tonnes), and 7.425 tonnes of 4-grade wheat (from the proposed volume of 11.88 thsd tonnes).

The weighted average prices of the grains sold to the intervention fund were as follows:

- 3-grade wheat – 10863.3 RUR/t;

- 4-grade wheat – 10218.4 RUR/t;

- 5-grade wheat – 8701.4 RUR/t;

- milling rye – 6980.2 RUR/t;

- feed barley – 7465.5 RUR/t.

Since beginning of the purchasing auction (August 20), the intervention fund at the Moscow exchange site already purchased 1.48 mln tonnes of grains at the general sum of 15.336 bln RUR.
