The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia considers it expedient to maintain in full force the mechanism of collecting of the export duties on wheat, but "bring the duty rate to zero", declared the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Evgeny Gromyko on February 11.
The Ministry provided the reporting proposal to the Vice Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich at the end of January 2016, he said.
As a reminder, the officials continue discussing the reporting issue since the end of January 2016, but the final decision on the export duties has not been made yet.
