According to the official statistics data, Russia exported 25.8 thsd tonnes of rapeseed during August-March of 2015/16 MY, down almost 4 times in comparison with the same period last year (99.2 thsd tonnes).
China (52% or 13.5 thsd tonnes), Germany (17% or 4.4 thsd tonnes) and Turkey (16% or 4.2 thsd tonnes) were the main importers of Russian rapeseed.
But last season, Turkey was the main destination for Russian rapeseed, it imported 53.2 thsd tonnes (54%) of the general oilseed supplies. China was on the second place (24% or 23.7 thsd tonnes). Germany was on the sixth position (2% or 1.7 thsd tonnes).
