As of April 1, 2016, the registered carry-over stocks of oilseeds in Kazakhstan totaled 705.2 thsd tonnes, reported the Statistics Committee at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In particular, flaxseed stocks totaled — 204.8 thsd tonnes, sunflower seed – 202.7 thsd tonnes, rapeseed – 55.2 thsd tonnes, safflower seed – 12.5 thsd tonnes, mustard seed – 11.9 thsd tonnes, soybeans – nearly 216.7 thsd tonnes, and camelina seed – 677 tonnes.
