According to territorial directorates of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), since January 1 and until April 22, 2016, the exports of grain crops and its by-products from Russia totaled 10.162 mln tonnes, including 5.77 mln tonnes of wheat (57% of the general volumes), declared the Federal Service on April 25.
At the same time, since the beginning of 2015/16 MY (July 1, 2015) Russia shipped for exports 33.08 mln tonnes of grain products, including 21.83 mln tonnes of wheat (67%). At the same time, in July-April of 2014/15 MY Russia exported 32.93 mln tonnes of grain products, including 20.46 mln tonnes of wheat (62%).
