The Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine considers that establishment of prospective international experience, primarily the US and European ones, is one of the primary objectives to be solved in the Ukrainian agriculture, declared the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Taras Kutovyi.
According to him, the first component of the reform should include activation, but in fact - presentation of the agrarian sector, measures to support the agricultural industry. First of all, the reforms will touch the companies with land cultivation areas less than 500 ha, because it is the cluster which demands support. The reform will be comprehensive, it will have new approaches that have not been used in Ukraine before, but widely used in the European Union and the USA, said the Minister.
However, he specified that the Ministry will start realizing the program in the second half of 2016.
