APK-Inform Agency continues making preparations for the first international conference VegOils & Meals-2016, to be held on June 2-3 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Hilton Hotel.
On the second day of the conference, there is held an excursion for the event participants to the terminal Vopak Vlaardingen located in the Port of Rotterdam.
Vopak Vlaardingen is a subsidiary of Royal Vopak, the world’s largest independent liquid bulk tank storage service provider with a global network of terminals. Vopak Vlaardingen is specialized in storing vegetable oils and fats, oleochemicals as well as biodiesel and base oils. Recent investments consisted of a brand new tank pit with a total capacity of 140,000 cbm. Next to that nine stainless steel tanks of 1,000 cbm each have been added to create even more flexibility and improve the service level for the distribution activities of the customers.
