The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia plans to start public purchasing interventions on grains of the harvest-2016 in August-September period of 2016, declared the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Alexander Tkachev on June 17.
Also, he confirmed the previously announced information that in the current season, the Government will purchases grains in grain deficit regions of Russia only.
