The Government of the Russian Federation received instructions to begin negotiations with the relevant Turkish agencies to restore mutually advantageous bilateral cooperation in trade, the economy and other sectors. The Russian President, Vladimir Putin provided the corresponding order after a telephone conversation with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan held on June 29, declared the Kremlin press-service.
Also, the two presidents agreed to hold consultations on possibility of personal meeting in the nearest future to develop Russian-Turkish relations.
