Due to rather active position of the largest Ukrainian companies-producers, in 2016/17 MY flour exports will break a record, and reach the level of 400 thsd tonnes, declared the head of the department of marketing and sales of finished products at PJSC State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine, Vyacheslav Tsegelnik.
As a reminder, since 2012 the production of bakery products in the country decreased by 28%, and the production volumes of flour - down 17%.
Taking into account significant reduction in the production of baked goods, the export of flour is a "circular lifebelt", which would ensure development of the grain processing industry and provide foreign exchange earnings to the country, summed up V.Tsegelnik.
