In 2015/16 MY, the TOP-3 of companies-exporters of Russian wheat did not face significant changes compared with the previous season, but positions of the TOP participants somewhat changed.
So, last season the trade house Rif headed the rating of Russian grain exporters, and supplied 3.281 mln tonnes of wheat on foreign markets, while in 2014/15 MY the company took the third position only. In turn, the previous leader - International Grain Company LLC dropped to the second position in 2015/16 MY, and exported 2.447 mln tonnes of wheat. The company Cargill took the third position in the rating with the volumes of 1.25 mln tonnes, but it took the second position in the previous season.
Generally, in 2015/16 MY Russia supplied 23.303 mln tonnes of wheat on foreign markets. The TOP-10 leading companies formed 56% of the specified volumes.
