Since the beginning of 2016/17 MY Kazakhstan supplied 992.7 thsd tonnes of grains and flour in grain equivalent on foreign markets, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 14.
In particular, the country exported 544.1 thsd tonnes of grains and 314 thsd tonnes of flour (448.6 thsd tonnes in grain equivalent).
As a reminder, in 2015/16 MY Kazakhstan exported 5.4 mln tonnes of grains and 2.1 mln tonnes of flour (2.95 mln tonnes in grain equivalent).
