The draft decree on zeroing of the export duties on Russian wheat may come into effect since September 23, 2016, informed the source familiar with the process and stages of development of the corresponding decree of the Russian Government.
As a reminder, the officially unveiled draft decree provided the date for zeroing of the customs duty on September 15, 2016. However, the Government still did not approve the document as of the reporting date.
