In January-August period of 2016, in Ukraine the average selling prices of agricultural enterprises for agricultural products increased by 7.4% compared with the same period of 2015, declared the press-service of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
In particular, in the reporting period the average prices for plant growing commodities grew by 19.4%, and the prices for livestock commodities - down 0.9%.
Also, in August the average selling prices for agricultural products reduced by 5.8% compared with the previous month, in particular the prices for plant growing commodities – down 7.8%, and livestock commodities - up 3.8%.
