According to the official statistics figures, in the first two months of the season-2016/17 (July-August) Ukraine exported 191.9 thsd tonnes of peas, an increase of 3.4 times compared with the same period in 2015/16 MY (56 thsd tonnes), and up 5% compared with the results of the whole 2014/15 MY (183.1 thsd tonnes).
In July-August, India (52%), Turkey (14%), Pakistan (12%) and Bangladesh (7%) became the largest countries-importers of Ukrainian peas.
