In January-August of 2016, Russian agricultural enterprises increased grain selling volumes by 9.9% compared with the same period in 2015 - to 26.6 mln tonnes, declared the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) on September 29.
In particular, in August 2016 the reporting index totaled 7.6 mln tonnes, up 5.4% compared with the reporting index last year.
