During several recent years, the profitability of agricultural production in Russia without regard to the state support, increased from 5% to almost 10%, declared the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Arkady Dvorkovich on September 23.
First of all, such situation developed due to high efficiency of the grain business, as well as other sub-sectors of the agricultural industry, said A.Dvorkovich.
As a reminder, previosly the Minister of Agriculture, Alexander Tkachev said that to date the grain production business is profitable throughout almost the whole territory of Russia. According to him, the profitability of grain business in Russia varies within 10-100% depending on the region.
