To date, there are five successfully working agricultural clusters in five pilot oblasts of Ukraine (Kiev, Poltava, Odessa, Mykolaiv and Lviv), and Ukraine can apply the experience throughout all regions of the country, declared the Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Olena Kovalova.
According to her, the successful examples can be used in other oblasts with appropriate agricultural and natural resource potential. All reporting agro-recreational clusters are unique cases of cooperation between the Ministry, regional authorities, self-management, business and education.
Such work focuses at developing of various investment projects to attract the budgetary resources for regional development programs "Rural development" or "Tourism development". Also, in 2018 the State fund for regional development will receive new proposals to build modern social welfare infrastructure for rural communities.
