As of September 25, Kyrgyz agrarians harvested 670.2 thsd tonnes of wheat throughout the areas of 251.7 thsd ha, or 99% of the plan. The average yield totaled 2.66 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Industry and Melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, agrarians harvested 463.5 thsd tonnes of barley throughout 189.1 thsd ha (98%), with the average yield of 2.45 t/ha; and 402 thsd tonnes of corn throughout 63.6 thsd ha (60.5%), with the yield of 6.32 t/ha. Generally, agrarians of the country harvested grains throughout 98.6% of the plan, and produced 1.134 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 2.57 t/ha. In addition, the harvest of pulses reached 71.9 thsd tonnes, the harvested areas — 38.4 thsd ha (62.4%), and yield — 1.87 t/ha.
At the same time, as of the reporting date agrarians of Kyrgyzstan harvested 36.8 thsd tonnes of oilseeds throughout 28.8 thsd ha (96.4%) of the planned areas, with the average yield of 1.28 t/ha.
