The Government of Russia does not have plans to make any changes to the new mechanism for calculating of the customs duties on wheat exports, which comes into effect since July 1, 2015, declared Arkady Dvorkovich, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on June 19.
According to him, in the nearest future the Government will not change the rules of the customs duties calculation. The mechanism will remain the same, said A.Dvorkovich, when asked about the possibility of excluding hard wheat from the list of goods subject to the export duties.
As a reminder, previously the Russian Grain Union proposed to exemption of hard and seed wheat from the reporting export duties.
