The Government of Russia may prolong action of the export duties on wheat for the whole 2015/16 MY, declared Arkady Dvorkovich, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on June 19.
According to him, in fact the reporting duties were imposed for one agricultural year. De facto, it is true, said the Vice Prime Minister.
However, there is a possibility of halfway cancellation of the reporting measures in terms of stabilization of the situation on financial markets.
