The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia received the official information on imposition of the imports duties on Russian agricultural products by Turkey, reported some sources from the Ministry on March 27.
In particular, since March 15 the import duties on Russian wheat and corn totaled 130% of customs value, rice - 45%, sunflower oil - 36%, sunflower meal - 13.5%, and pulses - 9.7%.
As for sunflower oil, there are some other limitations - the minimum customs value of the imported products should total 1500 USD/t.
Also, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock of Turkey declined to comment in details about the reporting limitations.
