Ukrainian agro-industrial complex to face the authorities decentralization
The Government of Ukraine implements the scale reforms on the authorities decentralization, which will advert to the domestic agro-industrial complex, declared the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Igor Schwayka on April 29, 2014.
The Minister stated the new composition of the Ukrainian government is providing the course on the favorable business-climate formation, reduction of the controlling bodies' influence, business operations alleviation, simplification of the conditions for the entrepreneurs' business activity in the agro-industrial complex.
I.Schwayka added that the government will review and approval the risk degree evaluative criteria for the business activity pursuit. Thus, the Government cancels the excessive control, delegating responsibility to the regions.
