Russia to provide the Crimea with 15 bln RUR till 2020
The Russian federal budget to allocate 14.8 bln RUR on the Crimean agriculture development till 2020.
Thus, since 2014 Russia will allocate 900 mln RUR annually on the stated aims, in 2017 the annual financing to total 2.8 bln RUR, in the following 2018-2020 the financing amount will reach 3 bln RUR annual.
At the same time, the Crimean agricultural complex is focused on the providing the local domestic markets with the plant and livestock commodities. But, the circularity and self-sufficiency of the local production delay the domestic market development and limit the export orientation of the regional economics.
At the same time, the Crimea has to come over the current challenges between the development of the industry, causing the environmental pollution and agricultural complex, requiring the environment purity.
