Glencore Agriculture has completed the acquisition of Everi port terminal in Ukraine from Orexim group of companies, informed the press-service of Glencore Agriculture on September 1.

Everi is a leading vegetable oil export terminal in the city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Its facility was built in 2010 and last expanded in 2018. It has a static storage capacity of to 160 thsd tonnes and can load up to 1.5 mln tonnes of vegetable oil per year for export destinations.
