Russian seaports increased corn transshipment by nearly 20% in November

According to analytical platform Logistic OS (TBI Group), Russian sea terminals shipped for export 3.14 mln tonnes of main grain crops (wheat, barley, corn) in November, down 1.4% compared to October.

Particularly, wheat shipments reached 2.69 mln tonnes (up 2.8%), corn - 0.2 mln tonnes (up 18.3%), barley - 0.25 mln tonnes (down 37.2%).

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port transshipped for export bout 1.8 mln tonnes of grains (56.7% out of the total monthly volume). Port of Rostov-on-Don exported 0.26 mln tonens (8.4%) of grains and port of Tuapse - 0.25 mln tonnes (8.1%).

Egypt was the main destination for Russian grains in November. Russian seaports shipped more than 1 mln tonnes (32.8%) of grains to Egypt, 0.76 mln tonnes (24.3%) to Turkey, 0.24 mln tonnes (7.7%) to Sudan.
