By the end of 2016, JSC United Grain Company plans to complete the acquisition of the grain trading company Grainexport (Switzerland), declared the General Director at UGC, Marat Shaydaev.
According to him, the acquisition will allow to United Grain Company to increase the exports of Russian grains to 2 mln tonnes, as well as attract loan resources in foreign currency through Grainexport.
According to the available data, to date Grainexport does not provide significant commercial activities.
