Foreign investors are interested in investing in the industry of agricultural crops processing of Kazakhstan, declared the Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulmira Isayeva on August 25.
In particular, foreign investors got interested in processing of agricultural raw materials, and enlarged the rates of investments - 5.2% in the first half of 2017. Therefore, Kazakhstan has rather strong material base. The country has every opportunity to develop modern crop processing facilities to export processed products. Thus, the exports of high value-added products will provide even more profit, the Vice-Minister of Agriculture said.
As for the specific directions of investments, G.Isayeva mainly called the production of flour and groats, as well as sausages, semi-finished foods and canned meat.
