Viking Alliance company put into operation a container terminal in the port of Reni.
This is the only container terminal in Reni and the only one operating today in Ukraine. Thanks to the connection with mainline container carriers in Romanian Constanta and Turkish Istanbul, Viking Alliance has resumed sea transportation, which was stopped since the beginning of the war.
Viking Alliance LLC, which is a partner of the world's largest transport and logistics holding MAERSK, handles two ship calls per week. The company exports Ukrainian agricultural products, imports spare parts, cars, mineral fertilizers.
In the near future, the company plans to launch refrigerated containers in which frozen products can be transported.
