In the third ten-day period of November, winter crops were in light winter dormancy in Ukraine, informed the Ukrhydrometcenter.
The minimal temperature of soil at the depth of tillering zone of winter crops (3 cm) declined to -3-4°С in some eastern oblasts and Kyiv and Vinnytsia oblasts, and to -2…+1°С across the rest of the country.
