"Trading Agrarian Company" became the sponsor of the conference "AgroResurcy - 2012: ways of increase of agroindustrial profitability".
The main areas of specialization of the company include seed production, introduction of agricultural technologies and grain trading.
The main objective of the company work - providing of the domestic market with high-quality and high-yielding seeds of grains, leguminous crops, oilseeds, groats and feed crops of own production from its originators, modern agricultural technologies for their growth and the necessary resources (fertilizers, crop protecting agents).
"Trading Agrarian Company" Ltd. is the general distributor of Trade House "Ukragrorprom" Ltd. Growing of seeds is realized in the major climatic zones (steppe, forest steppe and Polesie), namely in Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Kiev, Odessa, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy and Chernihiv oblasts and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The policy allows to be specific to each climate zone, and to present the most adapted seed material conforming to the needs of a particular region.
The general partners and originators of the company are the following selection facilities that are the part of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, and the leading international breeding centers. First of all, the group of companies is involved in cultivation of high-quality seeds of domestic selection and offers a wide range of seed varieties of the most used crops. To date, "Trading Agrarian Company" can offer to agrarians nearly 15 hybrids of sunflower seeds of Ukrainian and foreign selection, nearly 10 maize hybrids, 25 varieties of spring barley, 10 varieties of spring wheat, and nearly 15 varieties of peas. Also the company presents seeds of triticale, oats, soybeans, chickpeas, millet, buckwheat, flaxseed, coriander, sainfoin, sorghum and soriza. For the winter season, "Trading Agrarian Company" can offer nearly 70 varieties of winter wheat seeds and 10 varieties of winter barley seeds. The product range is constantly growing.
To date the group of companies owns three own ultra-modern seed plants: Ukrsemprom in Zaporizhzhya, Agrosoya in Vinnitsa oblast and "Ukrainian Genetic Company" in Kharkiv oblast, and nearly 15 storehouses for storage of seeds.
The structure of "Trading Agrarian Company" includes four regional representative offices, with 25 regional representatives in the Eastern, Western, Southern and Central regions, led by the headquarter office located in Kiev. Basing on the company's plans, by the end of the season there is expected the increase in the number of regional representatives.
In parallel with the seed direction, the company offers well-developed agricultural technologies for growing of agricultural crops in a certain region.
Another type of the activities of "Trading Agrarian Company" is grain trading to ensure food production facilities in Ukraine with milling and feed grains. The company plans to enter the foreign market to export own commodities.
