Association “Fat & Oil Union of Kazakhstan” that unites Kazakh oil processing enterprises of to develop the industry invites its colleagues from Uzbekistan to the largest Asian agrarian conference Asia Grains&Oils Conference in Qazaqstan 2022 that will be held on April 7, 2022 in Nur-Sultan.
The president of the association Konstantin Nevzorov said that the current situation, which has come as a complete surprise to everyone, once again proves the rapidly changing realities of the entire market. Supply chains, transport and logistics routes are changing, some of them will be temporary, others will be a new reality.
“Kazakhstan, due to its geographical location and climatic conditions, always adheres to the policy of good-faith neighborhood and reliable partnership. Taking into account the interests of food security, the country’s authorities take all necessary measures, as proved by the expanding number of trade agreements that Kazakhstan has never violated. Trade turnover between Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, including Uzbekistan, has always been carried out and will be carried out through mutually beneficial market relations”, – he stressed.
According to K. Nevzorov, the current situation forces almost every country to put its own food security at the forefront, but this should not negatively affect cooperation, business and population of the countries of the Central Asian region.
“Such conferences have proven themselves for more than 15 years, and indeed they are not just platforms for trade or exchange of opinions. Often, new ideas, new solutions to systemic problems, new proposals for a way out of deadlock situations appear at such international events. The agricultural business has a long history in Central Asia. There have been many changes, upheavals and crises, but we can say that trade will exist and optimal solutions will be found. The authorities of our countries, business and active industry associations are making every effort for this. Kazakhstan is always ready for an open dialogue. The time has come for the value of reliable cooperation as well as an honest discussion, for which Kazakhstan was chosen. Dear colleagues, we are waiting for you on April 7, 2022”, – K. Nevzorov said.
Asia Grains&Oils Conference in Qazaqstan 2022 will become a platform for an active dialogue between representatives of the largest fat-and-oil and grain companies, relevant organizations and government agencies.
