As of November 19, farmers of Ukraine harvested grains and pulses throughout 14.6 mln ha or 95% of the planned area. The production volumes reached 60.3 mln tonnes, declared the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
- corn was harvested throughout 4.7 mln ha or 86% of the planned area. The output reached 24.5 mln tonnes;
- millet was harvested throughout 150.3 thsd ha or 100% of the planned area. The output reached 243.7 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.63 t/ha;
- buckwheat was harvested throughout 78.4 thsd ha or 100% of the planned area. The output reached 105.6 thsd tonnes;
- sunflower seed was harvested throughout 6.4 mln ha or 100% of the planned area. The output reached 13 mln tonnes;
- soybean was harvested throughout 1.3 mln ha or 97% of the planned area. The output reached 2.7 mln tonnes.
As of November 19, farmers harvested 78.5 mln tonnes of main agricultural crops throughout 23.4 mln ha.
