He will tell is the change of market situation a force majeure, what are the possible consequences of nonfulfillment of contract obligations for product delivery, how will the arbitration develop if parties do not come to an accord, what are the ways out to solve the problems between buyers and sellers.

If a case is not settled peacefully, the arbitrators of GAFTA will be the final instance who dot the i's and cross the t's. In such case the losses will be count in millions”, - I.Kasynyuk said.
