Registration fee includes:

  • - participation of one delegate in the conference work;
  • - receiving of all informational materials of the conference (conference catalogue during the conference, reports and presentations after the conference);
  • - placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue;
  • - drinks and buffet.

Additional opportunities for participants:

  • participation as the conference sponsor;
  • placement of advertisement in the conference catalogue;
  • PR-activities before and during the conference;
  • providing of consulting services by APK-Inform specialists during preparation to the event;
  • assistance in establishing of business contacts among the conference participants before and during the event work.



  • 5% - a group consists of 2 or more delegates on the same registration


Period for application, and payment terms:

  1. Payment terms - full prepayment against the invoice charged by the organizer in accordance with the participant's application.
  2. The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally.
  3. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by the company head's signature.


The conference organizers provide accommodation services for additional fee.
