As of December 7, farmers of Ukraine planted main winter crops throughout the areas of 8.06 mln ha (98% of the plan). Particularly, 79.3 thsd ha was planted during the last week, declared the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
- winter wheat was planted throughout 6.1 mln ha (100%);
- winter barley - 954.7 thsd ha (101%);
- winter rye - 125.2 thsd ha (94%);
- winter rapeseed - 881.1 thsd ha (87%).
