The Union "Millers of Ukraine" and the magazine "Grain storage and processing" present the updated agenda of the third international conference "Grain Processors Forum - 2017. Production. Exports. Innovations". The event takes place in Odessa, Hotel "Black Sea", Shevchenko Park, on September 28-29.
The Forum will focus on discussion of the global trends and technical solutions for development of the grain-processing industry, development issues of the market segments of flour, groats and other grain by-products in Ukraine, innovative approaches to the quality control of grains and flour, and other topics.
The list of key speakers of the conference includes the grain market analyst at APK-Inform Agency, Andrei Kupchenko; the Director of the Union "Millers of Ukraine", Head of Business project unit at APK-Inform Agency, Rodion Rybchinskiy; the Adviser to the Chairman at Agrarian Fund PJSC, Sergei Sakirkin; the General Director at the association Ukrhlibprom, Olexandr Vasylchenko, and other experts.
On the first day of the conference, there is a Hands-on workshop from the FAO and EBRD "Prospects for the production and exports of organic and vitaminized flour. Production of alternative forms of flour and trading with grain by-products on foreign markets".
