The Union "Millers of Ukraine" in cooperation with the magazine "Grain storage and processing" announced about the annual specialized conference "Grain Processors Forum - 2019", to be held in Odessa, on October 3-4.
The Forum is held under support of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). APK-Inform Agency is the Partner of the event.

Traditionally, the conference brings together the leaders of the domestic and global grain processing industry, and serves as the largest event in Ukraine in the reporting segment, which covers the key issues and prospects of the flour milling and groats markets.
In the current year, the list of major topics of "Grain Processors Forum" includes the detailed analysis of the current condition and prospects of further development of the market of grain processing products, as well as functioning of the global market of flour and bread, development prospects of the deep grain processing industry, and the production of alternative types of flour from grains and pulses.
Also, participants of the conference will face the presentation of the strategy of the flour milling industry development in Ukraine until 2024, the prospects for introduction of SMART technologies in the grain processing industry, the analysis of the sales market of frozen bread and semi-finished products, the prospects for the exports of flour and groats to the USA, and many other issues.
In addition, the Forum will discuss the work of flour mills in Ukraine in terms of cancellation of the standards for methodology of quality definition of grains and its by-products.
