As of November 12, farmers of Ukraine harvested grains and pulses throughout 14.1 mln ha or 92% of the planned area. The production volumes reached 57.2 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 4.05 t/ha, declared the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
- corn was harvested throughout 4.3 mln ha or 78% of the planned area. The output reached 21.4 mln tonnes, with the yield of 5.02 t/ha;
- millet was harvested throughout 148.6 thsd ha or 99% of the planned area. The output reached 241.7 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.63 t/ha;
- buckwheat was harvested throughout 77.9 thsd ha or 99% of the planned area. The output reached 104.7 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.34 t/ha;
- sunflower seed was harvested throughout 6.3 mln ha or 99% of the planned area. The output reached 12.9 mln tonnes, with the yield of 2.04 t/ha;
- soybean was harvested throughout 1.3 mln ha or 94% of the planned area. The output reached 2.6 mln tonnes, with the yield of 2.06 t/ha.
As of November 12, farmers harvested 75.2 mln tonnes of main agricultural crops throughout 22.8 mln ha.
