Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel.

In case if you are going to stay at the hotel for longer time if wanted before, please, inform us about this fact in advance.

• Check-in time - 3.00 p.m. (15.00) local time

• Check-out time - noon (12.00) local time

• You ought to pay additionally for this time:
  - Check-in from 00:00 till 04:00 a.m. - 100% of cost per room
  - Check-in from 04:00 till 10:00 a.m. - 50% of cost per room
  - Check-in after 10:00 a.m. without additional payment if free rooms are available
  - Late check-out is available only of there are free rooms at the hotel
  - Late check-out is paid by cash.
  - Check-out from 12:00 till 9:00 p.m. - 50% of cost per room
  - Check-out after 9:00 p.m. - 100% of cost per room

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax within 5 (five) days before the day of accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was made later the above indicated terms, Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per night from advance payment of the company.

Costs for accommodation if paid after 04/01/2010

The prices are indicated with discount and include:o breakfast, delivery of luggage, visit the open and indoor pools, beach, gym, complex of bath services

• Single room, С category: area 17 m2

• Single room, В category: area 23 m2

• Single room, A category: area 30 m2

• Suite (double room): area 50 m2. Sitting-room and bedroom. In the bath: Jacuzzi, WC pan, bidet, wash-stand, hair-drier, warm floor.

"Comfort" rooms have windows to the South.

In all rooms:

• Two separate beds and one double bed
