"Middle East Grain Congress-2018", Dubai
DATE
Feb 17, 2018

The region of North Africa and the Middle East, in other words the MENA region, traditionally plays one of the main roles on the world wheat market from the point of view of grain supply prospects. In the season 2017/18, shipments in this direction will increase, despite the increase in wheat production in the Middle East and North Africa compared to last year (41.2 million tons and 17.8 million tons against 39.9 million tons and 14 million tons collected in 2016/17 MY, respectively). High demand for products against the background of increasing population and as a result of growing imports attract the attention of world players.

Given the growing role of Dubai as a shopping and financial hub, for the third year in a row, we are holding a conference in one of the three best shopping centers in the world, the UAE. At the crossroads of the Asian-African trade routes, as well as Asia and Europe, the participants of the Middle East Grain Congress will be able to discuss pressing issues, as well as visit the largest international exhibition of the food industry in the Gulf countries, Gulfood 2018.
