Conditions for reservation

The accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company, and in terms that free places are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance. Early accommodation and late departure are provided for additional payment.

Conditions of the application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or fax not later than 15.01.2018.

If the message concerning cancellation was sent later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per all nights of accommodation from advance payment of the Company.

Costs for accommodation

The prices are indicated with discount and include: breakfast and free of charge Wi-Fi in the rooms.

* The price in EUR is determined according to the commercial exchange rate as of the date of the invoice, and is valid for three banking days from the date of invoice.

Note: if you pay in EUR and USD, the banking commission is paid by participant additionally.

• Application for accommodation is reserved only after payment of the registration fee for participation in the Conference.
• Paid applications are the priority in the list of booking registration.
