On May 30, the eighteenth international conference Grain & Maritime Days-2019 started working in Odessa, Ukraine. APK-Inform Agency and the International law firm Interlegal are organizers of the event.
SGS Ukraine became the Exclusive Sponsor of the event, and Petkus Group of companies — Technology Sponsor. Also, Ukraine Ltd, SocTrade, COFCO International, GrainExpo OU, and Group of companies Weight-measuring systems LLC are the sponsors of the conference. The companies Dealex, Nortrop, and Codeska are partners of the conference.
More than 300 representatives of grain, maritime and logistics companies, as well as other related business segments, from 26 countries registered to participate in the event.
For two information-intensive days — May 30-31, the organizers will present the major information sections: Macroeconomics, Global grain perspective, Global shipping perspective, and Local grain perspective. At the same time, there will be several parallel sections: International business by new rules, Crisis on course, and The future is now.
Also, the agenda includes a number of panel discussions: "How to shield from fraud in grain trading: challenges-2019", "Topical features of the Black Sea shipping", "IT-solutions in the grain and maritime business", and "Features of the Ukrainian market: in 20 mln to 100 mln tonnes". Representatives of the authorities, public enterprises, specialized companies, industry associations, agricultural holdings, and banks, as well as various analysts and experts, will participate in the reporting panel discussions.
In addition, the conference participants will also face the entertaining part of the event. In particular, we announce the awarding ceremony of the companies-winners in the rating "TOP-FACE of the grain market and logistics", according to the organizer version.
On May 31, the guests are invited to the single large-scale shipping event in Ukraine — ODESSA SHIPPING DINNER.
And on June 1, the agenda includes the traditional amateur football tournament, held among transport and maritime experts — ODESSA SHIPPING CUP. In addition, everyone will be able to spend memorable time in the midst of partners and colleagues, while sailing with the conference organizers on the yacht!
