I. Placement of advertising in the conference catalogue.

The catalogue will be handed to every conference participant.

Taking into account large experience of the international conferences organization, we came to conclusion that specialists in this field display high interest in the catalogues of events.

Format of the catalogue - A4, colored. The language of the catalogue - Russian/English. The catalogue edition - 200 copies.

The advertising information can be presented in the form of advertising block or advertising article.

In the section of block advertising

The placement the image article, full-coloured, А4 - 200 USD / 150 EUR

II. Placement of stand in the lobby 5 кв.м. - 400 USD /300 EUR

Requirements to the advertising blocks:

1. It is obligatory to consider advertising block sizes

2. Are accepted the following formats of finished advertising block:: TIFF (300 dpi, bitmapped graphics), AI (Adobe Ilustrator, vector graphics), CDR (Corel Draw, vector graphics), " EPS with 250-300 dpi definition (real size) in CMYK colour model

3. If Organizers design department creates an advertising block the replacement cost is increased on 10%.

Applications for advertising placement are accepted till March 15
