KazAgro National management holding JSC will transfer the complete parcel of shares of JSC National Company Food Contract Corporation to the state-owned property. The decree of the government of Kazakhstan #326 dd. May 27, 2020, "On certain issues of the joint stock company National Company Food Contract Corporation" provided the reporting changes.
According to the document, the authorities charged to accept the proposal of KazAgro National management holding JSC to transfer 100% of the shares of JSC National Company Food Contract Corporation to the Republican ownership under the deed of gift.
Also, the decree instructed the state property and privatization committee under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to realize all necessary procedures according to the procedure set by the legislation to comply the reporting decision.
The decree shall enter into force from the day of its signing.
