In January-March 2021, Russia exported 8.74 mln tonnes of wheat and meslin at the general sum of 2.19 bln USD. The export in volume terms increased by 24.1% compared to the same period of 2020 and in monetary terms grew by 43.3%, reported the Federal Customs Service on May 12.
In January-March, Russia exported 1.08 mln tonnes of sunflower oil at the general sum of 1.25 bln USD (up by 5.6% and 73.5% respectively).
Export of mineral fertilizers totaled 9.09 mln tonnes at the sum of 2.11 bln USD.
