Since November 1, Pology Oil Extraction Plant PJSC already started processing new crop soybeans, declared the Commercial Director of the company, Olexandr Lozychenko on the sidelines of the conference "Fat-and-Oil Industry - 2018" in Kyiv, on November 6.
According to him, the company started processing soybeans at its existing capacities. In the current season, the planned volumes total nearly 150 thsd tonnes of the oilseed. At the same time, the company official noted the large-scale volumes of oilseed raw materials on the domestic market, as well as the significant demand for soybean meal on both the domestic and foreign markets.
As a reminder, Pology Oil Extraction Plant is one of the largest companies-processors of soybeans and sunflower seed in Ukraine. The plant nameplate capacities of oilseed crops processing total 2100 tonnes/day. Last season, the plant took the third position in the rating of Ukrainian companies-producers of soybean meal.
