According to the Federal Customs Service, in 2018/19 MY Russia increased the exports of sunflower oil to Kazakhstan to 119 thsd tonnes, up 23% compared with the previous season.
In particular, the shipments of packaged sunflower oil to the country increased by more than 17%, and totaled 46 thsd tonnes.
It should be noted that Russia remained the key and almost single supplier of sunflower oil to Kazakhstan.
